Je vous remercie pour votre int\u00e9r\u00eat concernant mon annonce. L’appartement est un 3 pi\u00e8ces de 70 m\u00b2, situ\u00e9 au 2\u00e8me \u00e9tage d’un immeuble r\u00e9cent. Il se compose d’un salon spacieux et lumineux, d’une cuisine moderne enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9e, de deux chambres confortables et d’une salle de bain avec baignoire. Le loyer est de 1200$ par moi.<\/span><\/p>

Quant au quartier, l’appartement se trouve dans le Plateau Mont-Royal, un quartier anim\u00e9 et tendance de Montr\u00e9al. Vous y trouverez une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de commerces, de restaurants pour tous les go\u00fbts. Les espaces verts sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents, notamment le Parc Lafontaine, id\u00e9al pour se d\u00e9tendre en famille ou entre amis.<\/span><\/p>
